On August 18, in order to further understand the working and living conditions of new employees and help them better integrate into the company, the company organized a forum on democracy between new employees and college students in 2022. The meeting focused on the feelings and demands of new employees in work and life since they entered the company, and a total of 32 employee representatives attended the forum.
At the meeting, college students and new employees spoke actively, reflecting the daily work and life situation and problems encountered, and put forward some opinions and suggestions to the company. The leaders answered them one by one. For the problems and suggestions that need to be implemented after the meeting, the corresponding business department will coordinate and solve, and the company's labor union will do a good job of tracking and implementation.
